This wasn’t Like it was described, and it ended up being annoying to deal with. I was expecting something different, so yeah, kind of disappointing

I tried placing an order on jamoona.com, and the payment part was a hassle. My card got declined the first time, even though I use the same card on other websites with no issues. I tried again and the payment finally went through, but then I didn’t get a confirmation email right away, which made me nervous. I ended up checking my bank app multiple times just to make sure I hadn’t been charged incorrectly. The order did eventually show as paid, so it wasn’t a complete failure, but the whole process felt messy and stressful. If this happens often, it’s something their team really needs to look into, because customers shouldn’t have to worry this much just to complete a payment.

The promo looked good at first, but then at checkout a different price showed up. What actually counts for the deal was not clear to me, and it was kind of annoying. Wasted my time a bit, honestly

I didn’t feel like Jamoona was worth what I paid. The items seemed basic for the price, and I was expecting something that felt a bit more premium or higher quality. My order had a small issue, i was annoyed at first because who wants to deal with chasing support after placing an order? I contacted them, waited about a day for a reply, and then had to nudge them once, which was a little frustrating. That said, once they got back to me, they handled it fairly and got everything sorted without making it a whole drama. Not a perfect experience, but not a disaster either. I’d still use jamoona again.

It’s not terrible, but it’s annoying when you’re basically forced to be patient and accept that it just doesn’t look the way you thought it would

There were simple pieces, more dressed-up options, and enough in between that I could actually narrow down what fit what I was looking for. The site was easy to move around too, which made the whole shopping experience smoother. I’m giving it 4 stars because after a while a few items started to feel a bit similar, but overall the variety is solid and I had a good experience browsing

For the price, I was expecting a cleaner finish and better quality control. Overall, the outfit had potential, but the stitching really brought it down for me.

One of the items had dents and looked rough, which was disappointing. The replies were slow, they weren’t as helpful as I was hoping. Maybe it was just a busy time, but I felt like I didn’t really get much support.

I ordered my usual size and it was almost perfect. The sleeves were just a little loose, but not enough to bother me—anyway, the size chart was actually helpful, and I’d definitely order again...

I was trying to order a few things, but it seemed like about half of them weren’t actually available. The site itself is fine, I guess, but it’s kind of frustrating when products show up and then you can’t buy them. Hopefully they restock more often, because I’m not sure I’d want to keep checking back all the time.
